- The course must be completed in full within the specific dates chosen. It will not be possible to extend the dates.
- The course includes 10 hours of online learning and 10 hours of self directed learning.
- Participants must complete all modules, required tasks, forum posts, final reflective assignment and learning log within the course window in order to receive certification.
- Course materials will be available to download while the course is open. Participants will not have access to the course once it is completed.
- Payment confirms your place on the course. Payment is non refundable and non transferable, except in exceptional circumstances.
