We will explore the recruitment process, and related circulars, from the perspective of school leaders or aspiring school leaders. We will review contracts, types of posts and contracts, things to consider in the process, paperwork, legal requirements and document retention.Â
Questions can be submitted in advance and I will try to answer as many as possible.
